In the early Christian times Seven Deadly Sins concept has been used to teach of the people's tendency to fall to sins. Deadly sins-related stories always carry a lesson. Their purpose is not only to educate but also to help people follow the right path by fostering goodness and strong moral values.

Meet Marta Dahlig. She is incredibly talented 29-year-old professional based in Warsaw, Poland, who specializes in Digital Art.  She uses Wacom Tablet to express her vision and inspiration into digital painting. While working in Photoshop she uses a few basic transparent brushes, gradually applying no more than 4-5 layers of paint. Her most known artwork is a series of illustrations of women depicting the seven deadly sins.

Over the last few years her popularity among artistic communities has grown impressively high. Ever since Marta joined DeviantART in 2003, she has become one of the most recognizable figures due to the  eye-catching art she creates.
