How expensive can a pair of stylish luxury sunglasses be? Well, absolutely unaffordable for the average consumer.

Newport Beach, California houses the international jewelry company Lugano Diamonds, which relatively recently made a decision to opt with eyewear. Supported by the craftsmanship of the famous designer Barton Perreira, the company managed to create unique diamonds encrusted sunshades that carry the price tag of $27,000. The two versions of the Lugano Diamonds eyewear include gold frames with pink lenses and pink diamonds, and leopard pattern frames and brown lenses with black diamonds. No matter which option you choose, they cost $27,000 each.
9. Bvlgari Parentesi Diamond Sunglasses at the price of $31,000
Bvlgari- a high quality luxury brand was established in Rome, Italy in the distant 1884. The long lasting tradition of maintaining world-class business on the market of jewelry, fragrance, leather products and even hotels, has endured to the present day and has been expanded into the industry of eyewear. Bvlgari completed their luxurious sunglasses with 206 diamonds, managing to inflate their price to $31,000. Quite understandably, there are only ten pairs of sun glasses produced. So, sorry, in all probability, you are absolutely late.
8. Bentley Platinum Eyewear – a $45,276 price tag
Almost a century ago, W.O. Bentley- a British entrepreneur, established an automobile company manufacturing high class luxury cars. In the mid 20th century Bentley Motors Limited, which was shortly overtaken by Rolls-Royce, manufactured the extravagant car “Lausanne”; its luxury was complemented by a limited set of 100 spectacular sun glasses that cost $45,276 and are made from platinum. In case you consider this price to be too much, you can go for the relatively affordable pair of sunglasses made of yellow, white, or rose gold for the less shocking $14,000.
7. Bvlgari Flora Sunshades – $59,000
The gemstones of diamonds and sapphires comprise the astounding price tag attached to the Bvlgari Flora sunglasses. The brand speaks of itself and you can’t help expecting that this pair of sunglasses is designed to have 18 carat white gold, accented by tiny aquamarines. Interestingly, the basic version is less than half price($25,000) for it is furnished with less diamonds and gold.

Another automobile manufacturer that ventures in the luxury eyewear market is Maybach-Manufaktur, a German company founded in 1909. The details about the crafting of the sunglasses reveal that they have 18 carat gold around the frame, 132 hand-paved diamonds around the bridge and frame corners. The gold frame is excellently matched to the dark brown lenses, giving a superb finishing touch of the high class luxury accessory.
4. CliC Gold 18 Carat Gold Sport Sunshades – they cost $75,000
The most expensive sport sunglasses in the world are made of solid gold, which is the material of the screws and even the nose pads of the sunglasses. The Swiss company Chopard crafted hautest eyeshades from 60 grams of 24 carat gold on the tip ends of the glasses; dotted gold trims the arms of the eyepiece; the letter C on the temple of the frame is surrounded by river diamonds. My precious! What a substantial load of gems to justify the exclusive price tag of nearly half a million dollars.
