Have you ever read a book, so exciting, so exhilarating that it almost leaves you breathless, a book with a message so powerful that it won’t let you get any sleep at night, a story so compelling that it makes you want to get inside the pages and live in this particular awe-inspiring universe? And then you have to take it down for a while, for either work or sleep or whatever reason there is and you use those boring and dull yellow post-it notes to keep track… Well, no more!

I recently came across Duncan Shotton’s amazingly cute and unbelievably creative Sticky Page Markers and from now on they are a total must-have in my bookshelf with their colorful and very aesthetical look.

They basically are exactly the same Post-it notes with the little detail that they are in the forms and shapes of shark fins, rainbows, New York City skylines and even The Loch Ness Monster!  They are absolutely adorable in my humble opinion. The so called stickies are here to turn, and in a rather amazing and thoughtful way, the random page holders into a masterful and pretty cute art.

It doesn’t matter if you’re going to keep them home to just amuse yourself or you take them with you when you go to the library or just get some alone time with your favorite book in a coffee shop and you see the cute girl across from you looking at the masterpiece in your hands, what better way to start a conversation than the Loch Ness Monster peeking out from behind the pages of Hemingway’s The Sun Also Rises?

Anyways, one thing is sure…the record-keeping in books will never ever be the same!
