This salt lake is located on the border between Jordan and Israel and is the lowest land point on Earth at about 429 meters below Sea level. It is also one of the saltiest bodies of water in the world, although not the saltiest(but definitely the most famous one). It is quite big, 300 meters deep and 50 kilometers long. Because of its super high salt levels nothing can survive within it, but the lake itself is very welcoming to people, who can't swim. You can float freely on its surface and its fun! So much salt does wonders to the density of the water.
Dead Sea
The Dead Sea is rather a lake with minerals and high salinity content which makes it saltier than any ordinary lake in the world. - 9 years ago by Galentina
