2. Bugatti Veyron Super Sport: 431 km/h (268 mph), 0-100 km (0-60 mph) in 2.4 seconds. It 

costs $2,400,000 and up. In March 2007 Bugatti Veyron was no longer on the top. However, its 

Super Sport version managed to reclaim the title in 2010, Germany(268 mph) . The original 

Bugatti Veyron was a bit slower(253 mph), with 1001 horsepower. Bugatti Veyron Super Sport 

costs almost twice as much as the original one. 

3. Koenigsegg Agera R: 418 km/h (260 mph), 0-100 km (0-60 mph) in 2.9 secs.; this incredible 

machine houses 1099 horsepower . Its base price is $1,600,000.  Interestingly, Agera R is quite 

adaptable to snow as a Ski Box or winter tires are easily attached and fitted. It is expected that 

for the next 5 years this snow car will be the Bugatti’s biggest rival.

4. SSC Ultimate Aero: 413 km/h (257 mph), 0-100 km (0-60 mph) in 2.7 secs. Its base price is 

less than a million, $654,400- to be exact. SSC Ultimate Aero was the fastest market car for three 

consecutive years, from  2007 to 2010. Shelby SuperCars have never given up trying to be on top 

again; their new SSC Tuantra is the most suitable claimant for the crown. 

5. Saleen S7 Twin-Turbo: 399 km/h (248 mph), 0-100 km (0-60 mph) in 2.8 secs.;750 

horsepower. It is a little cheaper than the SSC Ultimate Aero ($555,000 base price). Fast and 

relatively affordable, it is a nice toy for boastful guys. 

6. Koenigsegg CCX: 394 km/h (245 mph), 0-100 km (0-60 mph) in 3.2 secs., with base price of 

$545,56890. This Swedish supercar is sixth in the list.

7. Mc Laren: 386 km/h (240 mph), 0-100 km (0-60 mph)in 3.2 secs., a BMW engine, housing  

627 hp and priced at $970,000. The 20th century winner of top speed car, the Mc Laren is likely 

to be Batman’s favourite since it is furnished with bat-wing opening doors. 

8. Zenvo ST1: 374 km/h (233 mph), 0-100 km (0-60 mph) in 2.9 secs., base price $1,225,000, 

with  1,104 horsepower.  Denmark is the home country of this beast; it’s manufactured by Zenvo 

Automotive, who are in the hot competition of the fastest production models.  

9. Pagani Huayra: 370 km/h (230 mph), 0-100 km (0-60 mph) in 3.0 secs., a Mercedes AMG 

engine, pumping out  720 hp. Even though there 8 faster cars before the Pagani Huayra, it is 

priced at $1,273,500. It is named after the god of wind, which was worshipped by the Incas. Its 

seven speed auto- manual transmission makes it a quite likable fast speed possession.    

10. The last raters in the list are:

Gumpert Apollo: 362 km/h (225 mph), 0-100 km (0-60 mph) in 3.0 secs, housing 650 

horsepower, at the base price of $450,000. With the name of a space shuttle, this super 

car claims to be “flying” upside down. However, such a testing has never been 

conducted.

Noble M600: 362 km/h (225 mph), 0-100 km (0-60 mph) in 3.7 secs.; the same 

horsepower as the Gumpert Apollo, about $100, 000 cheaper. Showing-off with this car 

could be a little unsuccessful for the reason that its design is far
from conspicuous; 

actually, it’s really simple and slender. Owners of the noble car are able to keep a low 

profile in it.
